(sight-seeing and exchange) to Shi Jia Zhuang City (in He Bei
province).

Arrival date. Sept 16: Reports on Haigui's Entrepreneurial
Achievements Sept 17-18: Hi-Tech Projects Discussion Sept 19:
Conference end. Optional Agenda: Sept 19-22: Hebei Province, Shi
Jia Zhuang City.
Financial Benefits: 1. Free Room
& Board in Wuhan City for all conference attendees; 2. RMB
$5,000 (five thousand) Yuan compensation to each attendee who
receives invitation.
Qualifications: A very limited
number of Haigui's are invited to Wuhan City for this
conference. Attendees are expected to meet all of the following
three requirements ---- 1. Professionals in either one of the
following areas: automobile manufacture, biotech and
pharmaceutical industry, hi-tech agriculture, photoelectronics
and information technology, environmental protection, and so on;
2. Five (5) years of work experience with an Master's degree or
three (3) years of work experience with a Ph.D.; 3. Owns the
Intellectual Property of a practical project or owns a certain
amount of capital to invest in projects.
