Convention Announcement

The Chinese Association for Science and Technology, USA (CAST-USA) will hold the 17th Annual Convention, “Business and Technology Development”, on May 8-10, 2009. The convention will be hosted by the Washington DC Chapter & Network Society (CAST-DC & NS) at the Fairfax County Government Center, Fairfax, Virginia.

The 17th Annual Convention is designed to promote a better understanding of the challenges and opportunities we are facing today, to explore collaborative and mutually beneficial opportunities in business and technological fields between business people and technological professionals, and to promote the communication and collaboration among our members to foster their personal and professional development.

CAST-USA, established in 1992, is a nation-wide Chinese American professional organization in USA. The primary purpose of CAST-USA is to promote a stronger partnership between the United States and China in sciences and technology exchange and business developments. The hosting CAST-DC Chapter and Network Society are among the most active chapters and societies of CAST-USA, and the most prestigious overseas Chinese professional organizations in the Greater Washington area.

The organizing committee has been working hard to make the CAST-USA 17th Annual Convention a truly memorable experience for all participants.
